Factory Air Conditioner Cooling principle:
When the refrigeration system is working, the high-temperature and high-pressure R410 gas discharged from the compressor enters the condenser and is condensed into a medium-temperature supercooled liquid. After being throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid two-phase mixture and enters the evaporator. It evaporates and absorbs the heat of the air passing through the evaporator, so that the air flowing through the evaporator can be cooled. After vaporization, the steam is sucked by the compressor, so that the cycle is continuous, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.
Factory Air Conditioner Dehumidification principle:
Since the surface temperature of the fins of the evaporator is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, when the air flows through the surface of the evaporator, water will precipitate on the surface of the evaporator.
Heating: start the heater, when the air flows through the heater, the air is heated and the temperature rises.
Humidification: Start the humidifier, and the water vapor generated by the humidifier is continuously sent into the room by the fan to achieve the purpose of humidification..
